2 servings pasta of your choice
150g king prawns, fresh or frozen
150g asparagus, chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
50g parmesan cheese/grana padano cheese
1 tsp oregano
¼ tsp salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
2 cloves garlic, minced
100ml pasta water
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat with butter. Once melted, add the asparagus and cook for 5 mins.
- Add salt, pepper, chili flakes, and oregano. Add prawns and garlic to the frying pan and cook for 2 mins.
- Add lemon juice and pasta water and stir to combine. Add pasta and toss.
