Fiddle Thumby Bug Workshop Tuesday 2nd April 3pm

Come and design and create your own Thumby Bug from Polymer clay, a fun and brightly coloured material to explore and create with. Thumby Bugs are a great fiddle toy and can also be used as a comfort aid and a perfect size to pop in a pocket. Workshop is led by Jen Maslin keepsake artist from Mads & Moodle in Thame.

During the workshop your child will:

Pick the colours they would like to use to create with

Learn how to marble the colours together

Shape and smooth and create their bug

Add character with a face and eyes

Think of a name for their bug and decorate a box the bug can be safely kept in

The bugs will need to be baked at home in an oven to harden. Full instructions will be given at the end of the workshop.
