Ingredients:
2 corn cobs
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp paprika
½ lemon
1 tbsp oil
Optional: 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
Optional: mix 2 tbsp mayo, ½ tsp paprika, ¼ tsp pepper to make a dip for your corn ribs.
How to:
- Cut the corn in half lengthways straight through the core, then cut each half in half again. Each cob will give you 4 corn ribs.
- Cover in oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook in the air fryer or oven for 10-15mins at 200°C/180°C fan
